Alright here we are with another post I've
updated with new links.

This was a big charity show in front of
Prince Charles and Lady Diana.
Suffice to say everybody had a Rocking good time.
This is The Friday Rock Show Broadcast.

Oh My Legs Are Shaking...

Quo live at the Glasgow Apollo 1984.
And as you would expect Quo at the Apollo a really lively
performance by the band and the Scottish audience.
A long 2 hour 28 song set list of well-known tracks split into 2 MP3 files.
It's definitely one that will get your foot tapping.

You Be Mine Tonight...

Another Quo show from the 1975,On The Level tour.
With the usual sounding audience recording.
Featuring plenty of long boogie jams like a 14 minute
4500 Times and a 12-minute Roadhouse Blues.
Overall it's a very enjoyable lively performance of classic Quo.

Do What You Got To Do...

A very good audience recording of the
Frantic Four doing what they do best in Glasgow 2013.
It was a real shame that this reunion came to an
end as it really brought back the feel of  70s Quo.
But we do have the new live box set to look forward to in March

(The track listing doesn't match the file but the Boogie's all there)

Leaving On The Midnight Train...

Another vintage Quo show from Germany 1973
on the Hello album tour.
A Very listenable two track MP3 file.
Good to see three tracks from the Dog Of Two Heads
album still in the set.
And as you would expect from this
period of the Quo it's all pure boogie.

Some Quo News!!

Came across this on Facebook
Status Quo live new super deluxe edition box set.
Featuring all three nights they recorded at the Glasgow Apollo
for the original album.
Apparently the first night is set for a vinyl release for record store day in April 2025
with the box set later in the year.

You Spend My Money,You Drink My Best Red Wine...

Another of these two track mp3 files
of a vintage Quo show with the usual rough and ready sound.
Only 8 tracks in this 80 minute performance,
so you know what you're going to get here
heads down no nonsense Boogie
from the Piledriver Tour of 1973.

Home Is Near But Such A Long Way...

A short vintage Quo show from 1972 with
four live Piledriver album
tracks from the Marquee Club in 1972.
They are a little rough but very listenable.
And tracks 5 and 6 are a very
good sounding UK tv broadcast from the same show.
Featuring a excellent version of Paper Plane.

A Met At A Gig One...

Quo live at the legendary Glastonbury UK Festival in 2009.
Maybe not the hard edge of a 70s Quo show
but a very enjoyable live show.
It's an excellent sounding DVD pro shot audio rip
full of well-known tracks,
that definitely gets your feet tapping.

Was I Wrong To Play Along?...

Another vintage one track Quo show from1975.
Sixty-six excellent Rocking minutes as you would
expect from this period of the Quo.
With a decent listenable sound.

Together We Can Rock n Roll...

Status Quo headlining the 1982 Monsters of Rock Festival,
Donington Park in front of 60,000  people.
Fairly decent audience recording.
With an excellent setlist full of crowd favourites.
Not quite the full performance Bye Bye Johnny appears to be missing.

You Spend My Money...

I went through the Quo stuff on the site and I
didn't see this one.Although it has been
posted here before.Quo from 1982 in Germany.

sound is good and a Rockin' time was
had by all.

My Ears Were Burning...

An excellent sounding audio rip from an
 audience recorded DVD
of Status Quo (The Frantic Four) at the
Hammersmith Apollo (Odeon).
On Their reunion tour of 2013 after 31 years apart.
Crank up the sound on this one and
it'll take you right back to the Quo of the 70s.
Plays a 2 track mp3.

But I'm Doing All Right Now...

1970 the start of the Quo boogie years.
Three short similar shows from Germany
promoting the Ma Kelly's Greasy Spoon album
and their new sound after the
  previous psychedelic years.
 Decent variable sound quality
and tracks 8 to 13 plays as one track.

Quo on the excellent On The Level album tour in
Ipswich,UK,1975.
Good setlist and hard rocking performance.

Slow You Down,You Gotta Try...

Listed as a Soundboard recording (slight background hiss)
from the End Of The Road tour of 1984.
This was supposed to have been the last ever concert
but of course as we know the band had reformed by 1986.
Not the full concert but about
1 hour 35 minutes of classic Quo.
The recording is a one-track MP3 file split into 2 Files
to fit on 2 cds.
