Got Something Going On...

Live at Hammersmith 1980 on the No Place to Run Tour.
Recorded the night after the official live version.
A pretty decent sounding show and performance
by the band and the London audience.
With Paul chapman now really showing his worth to the band.

Our Machine's Geared Up...

The,My Years in UFO tour continues across
the world, this time in Tokyo Japan.
A country where MSG have always been very popular.
A pretty good sounding show and performance with
Michael really sounding great.
Plays as a two-track mp3 file.

Wired To Self Destruct...

The second UFO reunion tour of 1997 and '98
rolls across Europe this time in Michael's home country
of Germany.Where UFO were always popular since the early 70s.
A pretty decent performance and sound
with the standard setlist for this tour.
Not sure what to make of Schenker's appearance
and Phil Mogg's bleach blonde hair though.

You Made The Impact Back In 1969...

A rip of my original bootleg cd.
This was always a three track disc.
he back cover and cd lists Shoot Shoot as track 13 but it never existed
The cd is probably the best recording from the band's
Strangers In The Night Tour of 1979 with Paul Chapman.
It has of course been released in
many different formats over the
years and is recognised by UFO fans.

Shinin' Just Like Gold...

An excellent recording from the Conspiracy Of Stars tour.
Great to see a couple of Paul Chapman era songs in the set.
Overall an excellent concert by one of UFOs most stable lineups.

Break A Good Boy's Resistance Down...

NEW LINKS

Pretty good audience recording from
one of the many UFO line ups. This
one featuring Laurence Archer ( Stampede,Grand Slam)
on guitar. They made one album back in 1992,
High Stakes & Dangerous Men.
They play a couple of songs from the
new album and the usual classics.

I'm A Gambling Man,Son Of A Gun...

NEW LINKS

UFO from 1992 and only Phil Mogg
& Pete Way from the classic line up
in the band.
But it doesn't matter they sound great here.
Laurence Archer is on guitar and he does a fine job.
Of course it helps that the setlist
is loaded with classics.

Now Picture This...

featuring three tracks from the album including my favorite,
Stop Breaking Down to go with the usual crowd favorites. As always an excellent performance from Vinnie Moore on guitar.

Waves Of Darkness Rise Like The Sea...

Excellent sounding first generation recording from the
1995  reunion tour.Usual Strangers heavy setlist on this tour with
a few tracks from the excellent Walk On Water
album.Very good performance all round from the band.

Sit And Smile Into Your Beer...

Very good audience recording of UFO on what
would turn out to be the last tour with  Michael Schenker
Great set list and a very enjoyable
show but probably fair to say Schenker is not at his very best.
A 2 track mp3 file.

Lost You And I Want You Today...

Here is a 1 track mp3 upgraded in sound of the old UFO bootleg Live In  Fresno 1977.
Recorded on the Lights Out tour opening for Rush.
A lively performance and full of great solos by Michael Schenker.
An all round  very enjoyable show with a better sound.

Lost You And I Want You Today...

An excellent audience recording and performance that sounds like
you're real close to the stage.
From the 1994 reunion tour of Japan
featuring all 5 members from the
classic Lights Out and Obsession period.
Sit back and close your eyes,it's 1978 again.

He's Lost In Time...

NEW LINKS

I thought I'd put this one up (again).
Can't find it on the site so here it is for
anyone who missed it on a previous HRC.
Cool little Radio Broadcast from the classic MSG line up.
We've waxed lyrical about Schenker numerous times.
We all know he's one of the greats...Enjoy.

You Paint A Picture,You Tell A Story...

One more for the UFO collection.
Listed as a soundboard?
The sound quality is variable especially
on the opening track and there are a few cuts here and there.
But it's a good enjoyable listen.
The performance is pretty loose at times must
have been over indulging in something (surely not!)
It features plenty of good guitar work by Paul Chapman
with his  guitar high in the mix.

No Redemption No Remorse...

Here's a well-known old UFO bootleg.
An FM radio broadcast from the Misdemeanour Tour of the USA.
Featuring plenty of tracks from the
album and a few old favourites.
Good lively performance by this mid 80s sounding version of UFO.

And We're Really Layin' It Down...

A good sounding well known Japanese UFO bootleg titled
Mismanaged (not sure why). From the 1995 reunion tour of the USA,
apparently this two CD set was released in a tin box.
Not quite the classic line up Andy Parker had left and
replaced by Simon Wright on drums.
Featuring two different concerts from Ventura in October 1995.

And Every Night I Feel That I'm A Winner...

The end of an era UFO's last concert in the UK after 50 years.
Unfortunately it was to be Paul Raymond's
last ever performance as he sadly passed away a few days later.
Good setlist with a variety of songs from different eras of the band.
The first half of Rock Bottom is missing
otherwise it's an excellent sounding show and performance.
