Pete Townshend, Supposedly, Made Up The Term
"Power Pop" to Describe What The Who Did!?!
But, As You Might Guess...It Didn't Stick To Them...
But, It Has Been Used To Describe The Music of
Bands Like Raspberries, Badfinger, Etc.
Here's the Raspberries Live from the
House of Blues in Chicago in 2005...
Eric Carmen Bein' the Most Famous Member...
And The Last Song Here, Their Biggest Hit...
Many of Their Originals Played, and a few
Cover Versions of The Who and Beatles, Etc.
Lots to Like 'Bout This
Real Good Audience Recording...
'Bout a Couple Hours of Rockin' Pop Songs...
Thanks Pete!
