The Red Rocker himself,it's Sammy.
A fantastic show from Glasgow,Scotland.
Touring probably his best solo album and my
favourite of his,Standing Hampton.
Throw in a couple of Montrose tunes and
you've got yourself a hell of a setlist.

Might As Well...
I love the original Van Halen.
I like Van Halen with Sammy Hagar.
To me they just became another good Hard Rock band.
Even though they were successful with Sammy
it didn't really float my boat.
Sure I bought the albums and enjoyed the hits.
But I can't say when I'm looking for something to
play I don't rush to pull out a Van Hagar record.
(Although I might now that I've listened to this,lol).
So here they are at the Selland Arena,Fresno back in 1992.

Here we find them in the North East Of England.
Newcastle to be precise.
The North East turned into a hotbed of bands
that formed the NWOBHM.
Did VH have something to do with that.
(I wanna be in a band) Who knows?

OK this is the last of the early Van Halen shows I have.
Just as good as the other two.
I'm sure there's another couple out
there I missed when they were doing the rounds.
