He Heard One Guitar, Just Blew Him Away...

NEW LINK

Quality Melodic Rock from Foreigner captured live.
Absolutely massive at one time, they had the songs
and the song writing.
Plus it didn't hurt that in Lou Gramm they had a
world class singer.
Maybe better known for all the hit ballads
they had but they could Rock out too.
Silver cd Rip.

I'm The One Who Can Feel The Sun...

A soundboard recording by the voice of Foreigner live in New York 1987.
It's an excellent one track mp3 file featuring tracks
from his two very good 1980s solo albums.

This Time I Want To Be Sure...

A DVD audio of the short lived 1991 Johnny Edwards
fronted version of Foreigner.
It may not be classic Foreigner but Johnny Edwards
certainly brings some energy to
the performance and sounds very good, especially
on the Unusual Heat album tracks.
A 1 track mp3 file 67 minutes long.

My Ways I've Tried To Mend...

Foreigner live in Dallas 1991.There are many different variations of
the show this is the longest I could find,15 tracks long.
Still not the full show but a great
FM recording of the band at their Rocking best.

Just A Slight Change Of Plans...

Two versions of this excellent Fm  Radio Broadcast
from the Electric Ladyland studios, New York 1992.
 The original broadcast with radio
announcements included.
Then the show with two extra tracks without announcements.
Great sound and setlist with vocalist
Lou Gramm showing what a great voice he has.

Version 1

Version 2

Standing In The Rain...

A BBC Radio broadcast Live at the Marquee,London 1991
with Johnny Edwards on vocals.
A  lineup of  Foreigner that always seems to be forgotten.
They're on the Unusual Heat album tour.
I personally thought it was a decent album
but it didn't sell well and was to be the only one with Johnny Edwards.
A one track mp3 40 minutes long file.

I Was Inside Looking Outside...

Live from Japan 1985 it's one of the best
Melodic Rock bands of all time.
Excellent little show here a little bit harder
Rocking live than on record.
And of course some monster ballads to keep the
girls interested.
There were only two Super Rock festivals,1984 & '85.
Both with stellar line ups.
The exception being Sting,
a little bit out of place among all the Hard Rock.

I've Been Waiting...

Excellent sounding DVD rip from the
German TV broadcast Rock and Pop show.
Foreigner, probably at the peak of their powers
live on the massive selling 4 album tour.
With a good lively set full of Mick Jone's riffs
and powerful vocals by Lou Gramm.
Classic AOR at its best.

'Cause I'm a Fool For You Anyway...

Back In the 70's, Bands Did a Bunch of These
Live-In-The-Studio Things
to Promote the Band / Record, Etc.

'Course That Was Before the Internet and ALL
The Ways Bands / Record Co's Get Their Music Heard...

Not Sure Which Is Better?

Then Again,
It Doesn't Have to be an Either/Or Kinda Thing...

Anyway, Here's Foreigner...

Live from Mantra Studios in Chicago...

From 1977...

Promotin' Their Very First Album...

Got Stars In His Eyes...

From one of the best AOR bands of all time.
Especially their 70's and 80's output.
They couldn't help releasing great albums.
So here they are in Dallas touring
the monster album number 4.
Of course a little more Rockin' live.

Remember Him from Foreigner?

This Is Where He Started...
This was Their 1st Release from 1984...
