I Love You Honey...

Perennial British Melodic Rockers FM here.
Great show in front of a pretty raucous crowd.
A band that should've been more successful.
They're pretty slick but nothing wrong
with playing and singing well.
Includes a fun version of Rod's Hot Legs.

Don't Give In...

NEW LINKS

Another session for the Friday Rock Show.
This time quality Melodic Rock from FM.
Now this is a band that should've challenged
the big American AOR scene.
They had the sound and the songs.
Still releasing high quality albums I believe.
Tape Rip.

As She Reaches For His Photograph...

What else is there to say about these guys,I've been going to their gigs for 40 years now and hand on heart I have not seen them have an off night and as I get older and wiser (yea right) and can appreciate the music more, they just seem to get better with each album and tour. The highlight for me tonight was watching a band just have FUN on stage, the way they laugh and joke with each other after all these years is a total joy to watch. Here's to the next 40 years...enjoy,Ed.

Hey,Welcome To The Real World Baby...

For those who like,
Great vocals,
great harmonies,
great playing & mega ballads.
Here's FM.
They released their first album
back in 1986 so they're
pretty good at this Rock 'n' Roll lark.
Here they are on the Atomic Generation Tour
from 2018.
It's another fine show sent in by Mark.

I Want A Roll Of The Dice...

Alright Mark's been in touch to tell us how much he's enjoyed
the site. And he's shared some shows with us to post.
So thanks for that!
He's a big fan of Melodic Rock & AOR so
from now on he'll be known as AOR Mark.
(Took a while to come up with that!!).
First up we have polished Rockers,FM.
I've said it before if these guys had been American,
well...
A nice audience recording from Wolverhampton
back in 2014.

Fight 'til You Win Don't Give In...

A headline and support show this time.
Brought to us once again by EDDIE.
First up the smooth Melodic sounds of FM.
And somebody who hasn't lost their voice.
Steve Overland,a quality performance.
In fact the whole band give us a master class.

FM

Grand Slam

Supporting FM are Grand Slam.
Yep,Phil Lynott's old band.
It doesn't sound as bad as you would think.
In fact they sound pretty great.
Probably because the songs still sound sweet.
Featuring Lawrence Archer on guitar.

Don't Turn That Dial...

And we're back...with another of EDDIE'S Recordings.
Quality Melodic Rock from FM.
Here they are supporting Bon Jovi back in 1986.
Sounding like a fair few of the crowd went
to cheer on FM as well.
If you like the slicker sounding Rock 'n' Roll,
played and sung well.
You should enjoy this.
