Good audience recording from the classic Bon Scott era.
It's hard to believe while listening to this that the following year
Bon would be gone and the
Back in Black album would propel the band to
one of the biggest bands in the world.

Spread The Word Today...
A well-known Ozzy Osbourne bootleg from 1983.
An excellent soundboard recording and
performance from what surely must be
one of the best line ups of his solo bands.

Bob Daisley - bass and Don Airey - keyboards.

Ian Gillan may not scream as he once did and
Steve Morse is no Ritchie Blackmore
but it's a very enjoyable 49 minutes of classic Purple.

Voices Call The Nameless One...
A soundboard recording of Trapeze live in 1971
playing Blues Style Hard Rock.
Although fairly unknown at the time this
line up would now be called a Supergroup.
With
Glenn Hughes bass / vocals
Mel Galley guitar/ vocals
Dave Holland drums
The set features an early version of Medusa a song
Glenn Hughes still plays to this day.
Let Them Roll Right Over You...
Another old well-known UFO bootleg live in
Blackpool 1977 on the Lights Out UK tour.
The sound is a bit rough and ready
but its primetime Schenker and very listenable.
I've also added a second show the rarely posted
Manchester show recorded 2 days later.
It has a couple of cuts and the sound drops on
Shoot Shoot and Rock Bottom but again a nice listen.
And as always with these '77 shows there's some
great guitar work from Michael Schenker.

Look Back And Turn Back...
A very good sounding two track DVD audio of
Uriah Heep live in the USA 2024.
I had the pleasure of seeing the band live recently
on the Magician's Farewell tour in the UK and they were excellent.
Just as they are here with a really good setlist of new songs from the excellent
Chaos And Colour album and of course the old 70s classics.
With Mick box,even at the age of 77 still plays as well as he ever did.

Here's an excellent sounding semi-acoustic and chat set from the

It's Coming Down On You...
Of all the gigs I went to this year THIS was the one I was looking forward to the most...having given me one of my all time favourite nights (Marquee '82) Shamefully I had not seen them since '86.So it was long overdue and celebrating their 50th year they did not disappoint.Mr Menketti and the guys for 2 hours totally blew the roof off and I am sure when they played 'I believe you' I witnessed grown men crying.It's nights like this you realize why rock music is as popular now as it ever was...

Do What You Got To Do...
A very good audience recording of the
Frantic Four doing what they do best in Glasgow 2013.
It was a real shame that this reunion came to an
end as it really brought back the feel of 70s Quo.
But we do have the new live box set to look forward to in March
