Cool compilation from back in 1986.
From the Music For Nations label.
They gave us some fine bands back then.

Teeze Me,Pleeze Me,Squeeze Me...!

Here's an album I've always had a soft spot for.
Bought it back in 1985 when it came out,
probably on the back of a good review in KERRANG!
They're heavier than they look and the album
is a good listen.
Out of print you'd be lucky to find this on cd.
Back in the 80's there were so many bands
not every one could make it.
Like these guys only the one album.

1986 on the Castle Communications label.
Some big hitters and some not so well known.
For the time it looks like they've done pretty
well in covering all the genres.Vinyl Rip.

Excellent sound on this.

She Took My Guitar And She Began To Play...

NEW LINKS

Another Stones compilation this time a little mellower.
Great sound on this one too.
Checkout the back cover for all the details.
Couple of tracks that don't get a run out very often.
Memory Motel & Indian Girl to name two.
Silver cd Rip.

Music Is Mighty Fine, Hot Stuff...

NEW LINKS

Cool compilation of Stones
B-Sides,extended versions and remixes.
This kinda stuff was popular in the 80's when record
companies would put it on a B-Side usually a 12".
It was cool to get a non album track tho'.
Silver cd Rip.

We'll Ride Them Someday...

NEW LINKS

 Here's another Stones compilation.
Mostly acoustic stuff and pretty cool.
The start of the first song is a
little crackly but after that it calms down.

English Blood Runs Cold...

NEW LINKS

Sweet Radio Broadcast to celebrate The Stones
50th Anniversary.Of course this one
has been around for a while.
Get Your Leeds Lungs out being one of
their most well known bootlegs.
It's the Sticky Fingers era and some of the best
Rock 'n' Roll ever recorded.
BBC 6 Music Broadcast.

or

Dancin' So Free...

NEW LINKS

 Time for some Stones.
From the Goats Head Soup Tour.
The boys are in London playing to a home town crowd.
It's very enjoyable.
Anything from the Stones golden period is fine by me.
Also contains some bonus tracks at the end.

NEW LINKS

It is what it says on the tin.
The Stones at work,alternate versions,
works in progress.
Two cd's worth and the covers are in the download
for those who still use them.

This is from the Red Tongue Records Boxset a 3LP - 2cd set.
Personally I love these behind the scenes recordings.

And The Dreams That you Dare To Dream...

Listed as a soundboard recording of Rainbow in 1996.
Maybe not the classic lineup but a good mix of old and new tracks.
With Doogie White who does a fine job on vocals.
Overall it's a good enjoyable performance.

Lost You And I Want You Today...

An excellent audience recording and performance that sounds like
you're real close to the stage.
From the 1994 reunion tour of Japan
featuring all 5 members from the
classic Lights Out and Obsession period.
Sit back and close your eyes,it's 1978 again.
