I've Seen Darkness,I've Seen The Light...

Alright, this one was talked about in
the comments.Somebody's trying to collect all
of Eddie's shows and Praying Mantis could not be found.
So I had a look and there it was in amongst Eddie's original
batch of recordings.
So here it is 42 years in the making!
Praying Mantis live at the Marquee,1982.

It's Getting Near Dawn...

Classic Blues Rock band Ten Years After live at the
famous Rainbow Theatre in Finsbury Park, London,1972.
On the Rock And Roll Music To The World album tour.
Featuring plenty trademark Alvin Lee guitar solos
and some good keyboard work by Chic Churchill.
 A good soundboard recording that
really takes me back in time as
I saw the band  a few months later in 1973.

I've Been Livin' Too fast...

UFO on the final leg of the No Place To Run tour.
Pretty good audience recording.
With the title track and Mystery Train
now becoming live favourites that would remain in the
set list for the next few years.
Also featuring an early outing of
Long Gone from the unreleased next album,
The Wild The Willing and the Innocent.

I Never Wait Or Hesitate...

Soundboard recordings of Whitesnake
rehearsals for for the Saints and Sinners 1982 tour.
Featuring new members
Cozy Powell and Mel Galley with the
band still keeping the sound of the Bluesy Whitesnake.

Many Days Have Passed Me By...

A very good sounding audience recording of
Budgie from 2006.
With Burke Shelly and the boys still showing what  a great live
Rock Band they were even after 39 years (at the time).
Good setlist with plenty of variety to go with the heavy riffs.

Hail Hail Rock 'n' Roll...

Last minute gig for me tonight. To be honest I never really paid much attention to these guys over the years but I was given a ticket and the support bands looked good so why not?...Well well well I didn't expect this they were so good with some great songs and lead singer Josh Todd is such an engaging frontman you just can't take your eyes off him.The venue was packed so occasionally the recording suffers from idiots who would rather discuss what they had for dinner last night than watch the gig....Jeez i hate these people...Oh well I still came away with a new favourite band...Enjoy,Ed.

Where Legends Dwell...

My flurry into Symphonic Metal continues
I can even put up with the dreaded
backing tapes and admit it does work
within this genre of metal.
We had four bands giving it their all
tonight to quite frankly a piss poor turnout,
so a big high five to all of them.
Great night...Enjoy,Ed.

Now You're Ready To Shine...

Great sounding FM show from BCC.
Apparently recordrg at a secret gig in London 2010.
Amazing to think this Supergroup
has been going on and off for 15 years now.
Releasing five excellent albums.

Someone Screaming My Name...

 Excellent FM Radio broadcast from
the Joe Lynn Turner fronted version of Rainbow.
From The Difficult To Cure Tour.
By this stage they were going all out
to become an all conquering AOR band.
With varying degrees of success.
Fascinating band due to the number of
members and the very different types
of Rock Band they became.

They Bought And Sold You...

 Here's another show from the
Nescafe Blues Festival
back in 1995.
It's Jeff Healey a unique talent and much missed.
He could make that guitar do what he wanted
and let's not forget...what a voice.
A few covers in the set but you'd be
hard pressed to find a better cover of,
While My Guitar Gently Weeps.

Well I Just Hammer A Song...

Excellent sounding FM Radio Broadcast of Budgie
at the Global Village,London,1974
Originally a vinyl Bootleg featuring six fairly
lengthy tracks full of heavyweight riffs mixed
with a touch of Prog and even some
 (Quo style) boogie.
An all-round very enjoyable show.

All I Need Is Communication...

Another UFO show from the 1979 Strangers Tour of the USA.
It's missing some of the first track,Electric Phase
otherwise a pretty decent sounding show
with a very good performance and a real vibe to this show.
