Twisted Sister back in '82.
They weren't reinventing the wheel with their brand
of anthemic rock.
I enjoyed their first few albums,I was entertained.
Never as heavy on album as they were live.
They had a good run.
Years later they made the very good decision
to play short but lucrative tours & festivals.
Enjoy this one when they were full of beans!
No comments yet, so I'll post my thanks here instead of the Cheap Trick show above...but I downloaded both...LOL. Always enjoyed both bands from this era, and always thought their "raw live" sound packed a lot more punch than their studio recordings (which says a lot, since both bands' early albums brought it in the studio as well). Looking forward to hearing these.

ReplyDeleteJust blasting this out now,just goes to prove how good twisted sister were live on stage,much better on album,saw them twice years ago at reading rock festival and castle donington.
