Quo live On The Level tour in France 1975.
With an Excellent Rocking set list including 3 tracks off the album,
good to see Gerdundula included.
Sound wise similar to past 70's audience posts,
But a very good listen.
Not quite the full show Bye Bye Johnny is missing.
Thanks for this, seems to be a lot of interest in quo from on the level tour, maybe because of the levelling up radio broadcast cd that came out recently, although some have moaned about the sound quality, but remember it is a bootleg ?,always had to take a chance when you brought bootlegs years ago, luckily most the ones I got turned out to be ok,I used to go to record fairs a lot when I was younger, happy days.
ReplyDeleteThe most disappointing thing about a lot of these official bootlegs to me is the sound quality of most of them is no better than the downloads I already have I've listened to the Holywood 76 by UFO that recently came out on Cleopatra records and the sound is worse than the version that's on this website
ReplyDeleteI always want to buy them but can't justify spending the money just for the artwork
Yes very true, before cds live shows were on vinyl, bought a few led zep some really good but a lot of bad ones too,The thing is Temptation if you really like a band then your always going to be tempted by a good cover and packaging.
DeleteIndeed, I agree with previous comments, you often find much better quality bootlegs on the internet than those semi official LIVE CD's that are sometimes a disgrace. I usually buy for the sake of being honest the official CD even if I alreaday have it on bootleg downloads. A famous one is the official Yes Featuring Jon Anderson, Trevor Rabin, Rick Wakeman Live At The Apollo with the fake applause all along the two CDs. A complete nonsense. Long live high qualiy bootleg recordings on HRC !
