This is the original 1974 FM radio broadcast of this recording
and is not the same as the BBC official release.
It features the BBC disc jockey introducing the tracks
with some strange pronunciations.
And With an original sound mix.

Which I recorded on cassette only 48 years ago.

Here's one that's been up before,here it is again.
From one of the best bands to come out of that
whole early 80's Metal scene.
Diamond Head,they just couldn't catch a break.
I suppose it all started to go wrong when they got rid
of two original members after the first album.
Then replaced them with two guys with better hair!
Plus the second vinyl release was a disaster as most
copies had a fault so many were returned.
Still going and touring with Saxon in November.

Rain Falling On My Shoes...
First time on the site I think for The Legend - Bob Dylan.
From England 2011 and also featuring guitar maestro
Mark Knopfler on some tracks.
If you can get into this groove it's excellent.
Even if the vocals are a bit of an acquired taste at this point.
The band is impressive tho'.

Luckily,once again,he's recording the show.
It's the Mean Streak tour and the third studio album
they've released under the name Y & T.
Which makes three great albums in a row.
Anyway it's a ripper of a show
as you'd expect from the early 80's!

Plus vocalist Phil Campbell left a little while ago.
Not sure if they got in a new singer
or if someone in the band has stepped up.
As you can tell I can't really be bothered
