I Roam Around Around Around...

An excellent FM radio show from 1996.
Promoting their covers album,Don't Stop,
(why do bands make these cover albums most
of them are dreadful).
A few of those tracks are featured on this mixed in
with the old classic '70's songs,
in front of a lively German audience.
This isn't the Quo of the '70's.
The Hard Rock edge of the band had long gone.
But they always put on a good live show
and could Rock when they wanted to
and still do to this day.

  2. Still a big one, Status Quo is eternal. Love it. Amazing. Their boogie rock is top music for all of my fellow Flemish rockers. Nothing is better than this.

  5. Just read on amazon that the live at mainz show is being released on cd in march there calling it Levelling up live 1975,this show been available on internet for a while I wonder how many quo fans will buy it thinking its something different,If they remastered it to make it sound a lot better then good on them, perhaps a few more quo radio broadcasts might be released in the future.

    1. The copies I've heard of that show are very average in sound quality so hopefully they have found a lot better source to make it worth buying otherwise you're better off with the internet versions

  6. Yes I agree,it would be good if we could listen to it before we buy,a lot of these radio broadcast cds on amazon are not as good as you think im afraid, which is a shame.
