All Flavours And Push Ups Too...

NEW LINKS

 The Mighty Van Halen!
Gearing up for world domination
with this radio broadcast from Pasadena 1977.
Very enjoyable sound and if there was such a thing as
a time machine, you'd want to be front
and centre for this.
Vinyl Rip.

And I Got Cat Style...

Iron Man Lives Again...

NEW LINKS

Classic Blues Rock from Michael Burks.
Nicknamed "Iron Man" due to his
intense live performances.
Sadly Michael is no longer with us
having passed away in 2012.
Here's a nice reminder of his talent.

And Business Is Good...

NEW LINKS

 Great stuff from the Horsemen.
Basic Headbangin' Rock 'n' Roll
but done very well.
Here's the 2009 remaster of their 1989
debut EP.
With five (count 'em) bonus tracks.

What Do Ya Want? I Want Rock 'n' Roll...

NEW LINKS

 Very nice audience recording.
Def Leppard back in '88 on the massively
successful Hysteria Tour.
Of course it also turned into one of biggest
selling albums of all time.
And to this day it still sounds great.
Cracking setlist as well, only one song
that isn't from Pyromania or Hysteria.
So you debut album lovers are out of luck.

Here All Life Abounds...

Alright here's the support slot for the previous post.
Classic 70s Rock from Kansas.
This didn't have a setlist but with a bit of digging
I think we've nailed it.(Maybe).
Anyway sounds good and a fine band.

'Cause I Keep On Runnin'...

Bad Company at their Rocking best.
A good audience recording from the 1976  Run With The Pack tour.
With an excellent setlist of tracks from their first 3 classic albums.

I Know,I Know,I've Been Here Before...

NEW LINKS

One of the better Alt. Bands that I got into for a couple of albums.
Sounding mighty fine here captured in Amsterdam back in '97.
Their album Throwing Copper is the one I enjoy the most.
Seems to be the most consistent there's not a duff track on it.
Enjoy this one, band and crowd right into it.
Silver cd Rip.

We're Living Under Murphy's Law...

NEW LINKS

 More from the excellent Godfathers.
Captured live back in 1991 in London.
Playing their own brand of Rock 'n' Roll.
In front of a very receptive and loud audience.

or

Ain't No Angel Gonna Greet Me...

NEW LINKS

Something from The Boss and a solo Boss at that.
From somewhere in L.A. back in 1994.
Good selection of tunes.
Track two features John Fogerty & track three
features Axl Rose.
Silver cd Rip.

or

The Keeper Of The Sign...

NEW LINKS

Black Sabbath by any other name,it's the
Dio fronted Heaven And Hell.
I can't remember the legalities of why
they went out as H & H.
No doubt something to do with reunion tours
and Ozzy's wife?
Anyway a very good audience recording
here.Let's not forget this band was made
up of serious legends of METAL.
Good to hear the much missed RJD once again.

or

Hands On The Wheel I'm On The Road Again...

NEW LINKS

Couple of pretty good audience recordings from a fine band here,Riot.
Excellent early Metal out of NYC.
They were tipped for pretty big things early on
but it didn't seem to happen.
I'm sure those album covers didn't help.
What was a Seal face man thing anyway?

Enjoy The Zoo And Walk Down 42nd Street...

NEW LINKS

 FM Broadcast from the Scorpions.
A transition from Uli To Matthius.
You may have your favourite version but
in the not too distant future it was Blackout and
Love At First Sting.Quality times.
There's also a couple of tracks from
Donington 1980 here as well.

or

Losin' Money, Getting No Affection...

Aerosmith on the Rocks tour from San Francisco 1976.
They might've been a mess but they were producing
some great albums. And none better than Rocks.
Pretty enjoyable audience recording.

Hotter Than Hell In Chile

NEW LINKS

More from my favourite band this time during their
South American Tour back in '94.
It's the Kulick,Singer version,musically excellent
and another fine setlist here.
Sounds like a great show to have been at.
Silver cd Rip.

Set The Demons Free And Watch 'em Fly...

NEW LINKS

Here we have Kiss rampaging through
South America, namely Argentina back in '94.
Great stuff, very tight and very heavy.
Good version of the band with Kulick & Singer
tight as a drum & a guitar string!!
Also included is the Foundations Forum show
where they pulled out some old classics.
Silver cd Rip.

Waves Of Darkness Rise Like The Sea...

Excellent sounding first generation recording from the
1995  reunion tour.Usual Strangers heavy setlist on this tour with
a few tracks from the excellent Walk On Water
album.Very good performance all round from the band.

Paintings And Songs That I'd Done In A Day...

Fronted by the excellent guitar playing of Bill Nelson.
Be Bop Deluxe were one of those bands that are hard to
decide which type of music they play.
I saw them twice around this period at my local venue and
remember being impressed by the guitar playing by Bill Nelson,
dressed in a smart white suit.
Here is an excellent Radio performance from Chicago 1976.

Best Little Woman That I Ever Had...

Short-lived blues jazz rock band,
formed by former Jethro Tull guitarist Mick Abrahams in 1968.
Despite their first two albums being top 10 hits in the UK
and some succes in the USA it was all over by the end of 1970.
Here is a fine example of what they
sounded like live at the famous Fillmore West
