playing something called Bonnaroo Festival.
Great sound,great performance.
The latest album was, Welcome 2 My Nightmare from 2011
and they play a couple of songs from that here.
Haven't listened to that in a long time
but I thought it was decent when it came out.
Finishes with an interesting cover of Lady Gaga's,Born This Way.
Thanks so much for this. I saw AC in 2012 in the fall, here in Las Vegas. Took my daughter to see him and we both had a great time. For that part of the tour, he didn't do Born This Way, but he did play 1 song each from Hendrix, The Who, The Beatles and The Doors, while he was 'in hell and waking the dead.' That was ultra cool! While I didn't have my recorder back then, I do have a bootleg somewhere that has that same setlist. I wonder if you have that one already... Thanks again, G.
ReplyDeleteI saw Alice around this time (very embarrassing turnout on the part of my community - if there were 500 people there I would be shocked). Alice and band delivered a great show nonetheless. The man is a treasure!
