I Like Smoke And Lightnin',Heavy Metal Thunder...

Note: I've had this recording ages ago, I didn't have any Info, seen a post of it and "borrowed" the info only. My Info, anyone remember "The Rocky Mountain Oyster"? On it's advertisement pages, you could freely buy, sell, or trade bootlegs. I did all, many great boots aquired! But here is MY COPY, had it like I said, for ages, felt like posting it, after cleaning it up. Hope You Enjoy! Rick

of times before it works for some reason.

  5. Isn't the line "i like smokin' lightnin'..." (as in the strain of marijuana known as 'White Lightning') rather than "smoke & lightning"? I'll give Mars Bonfire a holler to see if he can confirm.

  6. This is just an incomplete version of the official 1970 "Steppenwolf Live" album.
"The album, despite what it said in the liner notes was recorded at 1 concert at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium according to John Kay, except for "Twisted", "Corrina, Corrina" and "Hey Lawdy Mama" which were studio recordings mixed in, made to sound live."
Aside from those 3 doctored studio tracks, which are omitted here, this is identical to the released LP, with exactly the same edits & mix. Very odd.
