The reason you hadn't heard of the BR Music record label is likely because it's a Dutch label, but they're still going strong today.
ReplyDeleteWhy on earth is the front cover scan pic nearly 36MB ? I know it's a big image, but it still shouldn't be such a large file size, it shouldn't top even 1MB. I don't know what software you're using, but it seems to be adding a huge amount of completely unneccesary digital padding to your images.

DeleteI think you've misinterpreted my intent, I wasn't griping in giving you a heads up that your jpg sizes are huge. That's no problem in itself, but it suggests that you're either using some weird badly scripted software to make your scans, or more seriously, it could be a sign that your computer's infected with some form of virus or malware that's causing that file bloating. A precautionary virus scan is probably wise, just in case.
DeleteI scan my album covers with an A3 scanner so they're pretty big anyway.
DeleteBut you're right those covers are much bigger than usual not really sure why.
I'll maybe take them down and scan them again at some time.
