Someone Sent This to Us...
(Thanks, as Always!)
All I Did Was Put Together Some Artwork...
It's the NWOBHM Band BRONZ!
I Remember Them From Back Then...
Probably 'Cause They Covered the
New England Song: Don't Ever Wanna Lose Ya...
Anyway, Bronz were Appropriately Signed to
The Bronze Record Label...
They Released Taken By Storm in 1984...
They Recorded Another Record as well...
And Then Everything Went Sideways...
If'n You've Never Heard Them...
You Should!
They Put on a Great Rock & Roll Show...
Good Playin' and Good Singin'...
Live from Harpo's in Detroit...
Oh, And 1 of the Songs was written by
Bob Halligan, Jr.
That Name May Seem Familiar to Judas Priest Fans...
And, Other Bands Like KISS, KIX, Blue Öyster Cult, Etc.
Great Broadcast From WLLZ: Detroit Wheels!
In French, "couler un bronze", means going to have a shit. So a band called Bronz definitely can't be high in these surroundings. Still, will download and give it a try LOUD IN THE TOILETS.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing, and have fun !
Maybe was Bad Choice for Band Name...
Delete'Cause After that 1st Record...
Their Career Pretty Much Went Down the Toilet...
The vocalist Max Bacon went on to bigger and better things with GTR
ReplyDeleteIf the singer's called Bacon and the band Bronz, they unfortunately had it all wrong. The guy called Lemmy and the band named Motorhead were a more serious brand IMHO. Still, the music's really good and I will, I promise, PLAY IT LOUD. Great nice NWOBHM.
