Some ten years ago, I had the priviledge to enjoy the Mighty Naz with Dan for a last ride in Charleroi, a city in Belgium based on King Carolus Magnus. Dan came as a king in front of 200-300 Belgian fans and delivered. I saw he was already sick at that times but he gave it all to the audience. I waved some kind of bye bye to him at the end of the concert, understanding it would be the last time I would see him in concert. Since then , Naz is going on with the dedicated Carl Sentence and that's ok with me. Still, we will all miss Dan's voice, now singing with the angels up there or downstairs with little red devils ? Who knows. RIP Dan ! Derek from Paris
To many greats have left in recent years It feels like the end of history. Who will be the Rock/Hard Rock standard bearer in the future? No one stands out for me.
