Back to the early 80's and the chaos that
was Twisted Sister at the Marquee.
So we have three shows.
Two recorded by EDDIE and one unknown.
We couldn't all rock up to the Marquee
when ever we wanted. So to hear them years
later was pretty cool.
Good listen.

Thanks! Always enjoyed early TS (through Stay Hungry) and their live shows were very energetic and raw at this stage. Have some other recordings from this era,. but not from the Marquee, so looking forward to hearing these. Also, love the Mediafire links. Cheers...
ReplyDeletethinking back i was so lucky to go to gigs like these obviously at the time i did not think we would be talking about them 40 years later but this period from '81 to the late 80's i had just left school started working still living at home so i had a few bob in my pocket and all i wanted to do was go to gigs and i was fortunate to live near to london where all the american bands wanted to come over and play.the above were some of the best gigs i ever attended along with the likes of THE RODS & Y &T in this little sweat hole. happy days indeed ED....
ReplyDeleteYep.The closest I got to TS at the Marquee was the B-side of the I Am I'm Me 12".Three live tracks.Me and a mate used to do the actions during It's Only Rock N Roll."Throw your fist in the air" etc
DeleteGood Times indeed.
