A radio recording at the Glasgow Apollo 1982.
Broadcast by Radio Clyde.
From the 20th Anniversary Tour.
In front of an extremely lively Scottish audience.
Very Good setlist.
No split tracks on this one.
It's cut into 2 mp3 files, so it fits onto 2 CDs.
There are a couple of cuts and jumps.
Otherwise an Excellent recording.
And Disc 2 is an absolutely Frantic
51 minutes of blistering
Quo Boogie.

Back from some holidays in Ibiza, with plenty of Deep House Ibiza Beat Lounge music in my ears, I need to clean my hearing now. And, what's better than a high quality Boogie from the Quo. Thank you so much. I feel better now. And this recording is really a very Must Have one indeed. Better than the NEC recording of the same year IMHO.
ReplyDeleteGood To Hear From YOU Again!
DeleteSorry You Had to Suffer That Kind of Music...
Crank The Quo and You'll Be Fine, Says Dr. Rocket!
Thanku ! I have had this concert, minus the opening track Caroline for a few years now ( all separated tracks) So, i've run it on Nero wave editor and removed Caroline to make it a stand alone track. Now add it to the beginning of my concert (making 17 Tracks) and i get the whole concert coming in at 1hour 45 min. There is no DJ talk on this. The 2 track concert comes in at 1 hour 42 min with DJ talk. It seems now quite possible that the radio broadcast has been cut, compared to the version i have.
