ReplyDeleteIf this had been recorded just a year or 2 earlier when most of those bands were reaching their musical (if not commercial) peaks then i'd agree entirely. Even as it was, it's pretty damn close to the perfect festival line-up.
The Japanese Super Rock festivals of the early '80's or those late 70's US Day On The Green line ups probably just shade it for the perfect combos of great bills & bands at the peaks of their powers, but yeah, this is a close contender for sure.
