This is a sad loss to several genres of music. Ross was a truly outstanding talent as a guitarist & songwriter whatever style he was exploring. From Heavy Metal to Proto-Punk to Powerpop to Hard Rock, he mastered them all & his recorded output is an exemplary legacy. I spent the weekend replaying his work with The Dictators, Shakin' Street, Manowar & Brain Surgeons and have looked out his Heyday, Thunderbolts, Deaf Dealer & Ross The Boss records to revisit in the week ahead. R.I.P. Ross & thank you for all the great music you left us.
