Here's a DVD Audio Recording of
The Band Named
CHICAGO...
It's From January 1984 at the Budokan...
Lot of Songs You're Sure to Have Heard...
Originals and Cover Versions as well...
Not Sure It's the Complete Concert...
But, What's Here Is Just What You'd Expect...
Excellent Sound Quality and Performance!
Unlikely to be the complete concert..."Hard Habit to Break" was a big comeback hit for them at this time and would most certainly been in the set. Though they were never quite as potent after Terry Kath's death to my ear, they continued to turn in pretty hot live shows with that blazing horn section. Thanks for the post Rocket.

Also, You Probably Noticed By Now...
There's a Few Songs That Didn't Make the Back Cover!?!
Like Make Me Smile, Colour My World, Etc...
Someone With Terry's Unique Talent Makes It Hard to Carry On as Before...
DeleteBut, They've Done Pretty Good...
Saw 'Em 'Bout 10 Years Ago...Still Was a Great Concert!
Okay, this timing couldn't be better...today I discovered a German hard rock/metal band called Thunderhead covered "25 or 6 to 4" on their 1990 album Busted at the Border. And it kicks to my ear. And with a surprising bit of arrangement... Maybe you or someone here knew about it but I didn't, and it's a gem. Thanks as always Rocket!
DeleteMan, Does It Ever!
DeleteStarts with the Monster Drum Beat and Just ROCKS! Gonna Have to Check Into These Guys...Thanks, KP
