But I am when it's crossed with Rock.

Plenty of guitars to go with that country drawl.
It's cool.
They seemed to be featured in
Sounds magazine pretty regularly back in the 80's.
It's a very enjoyable show with a few covers thrown in.
These guys were the source for some of my best memories of the early 80s. They used to play a 200 seat place in Lincoln Nebraska on the regular, and it was amazing. First time we saw them Jason came out in a black opera cape, no shirt, purple spandex pants, high top Chuck Taylors and a straw hat that looked like it had gone through a wood chipper. And then they just annihilated the place. One of the best live bands I was lucky enough to see!
