ReplyDeleteAlthough I've been many times to Scotland, and we could have endless evening stories around a a bottle of whisky about it, I had difficulties to find out about the Gies a Bun story. Now I found out, quite a funny and nice story. When Fish came to Belgium or France, I never saw him (saw him numerous times) try to explain that story about the elephant to the audience. Translation impossible I guess.
